Our Lighting for Film course is a 6-week hands-on program designed to introduce students to cinematic lighting techniques used in film and video production.

Students will:

• Learn three-point lighting fundamentals

• Explore natural and artificial lighting setups

• Understand how lighting creates mood and tone

• Practice shaping scenes using light direction and contrast

• Work with professional-style lighting equipment

This course teaches students how lighting impacts storytelling and visual style while giving them practical experience creating cinematic lighting setups in filmed scenes.
